For the past year I have been involved in the L'Oreal Evolution team, this team consist of 14 other hairdressers from all over Scotland where we have been shown the latest looks and current trends by well known session stylist Rudi Lewis and id artist Gary Lees.
I was involved in the Art team where I assisted on photo shoots and seminars however I took a step back to concentrate on building my clientele in the Southside salon still keeping myself busy though and I am now an S.V.Q training assessor where Elaine and I train all of our assistants in salon on their fundamental cuts.
I am hoping to be more involved in the Art team in 2010 to show what I have learned during my time in the Evolution team.
