		<description>My hair is jet black and have been colouring it virtually every month for as long as to cover greys.

Would love to have some colour in it - is this possible without damaging/bleaching the hell out of it - as i would rather stay dark and have good conditioned hair rather than coloured but badly damaged hair.  

I appreciate it could be hard to answer that without seeing the tresses but what would you advise??</description>
